What will you learn?
In this course, you will gently and gradually awaken your light body and you will meditate with guided meditations. If you are not familiar with guided meditation, that’s not a problem, as no prior knowledge is required. You will learn to look at your life differently and approach situations and challenges in new ways through guided meditations, group exchanges, and intensive weekly guidance. You will find more peace in your life, learn to take care of yourself, act more from your heart, and express that in the world around you. Your physical, emotional, and mental bodies will resonate at a different vibration, attracting different people and situations into your life. In short, your life will transform into one that better suits you! Every other week, you will experience two live meditations, and you are expected to listen to both meditations at least once in the following week. This way, you will be able to keep up with the course more easily and experience greater depth. Additionally, by meditating regularly, you will better notice the small or subtle changes in your relationships, work, and daily life. What can you expect?
