What will you learn?
In this course, you will gently and gradually awaken your light body and you will meditate with guided meditations.
If you are not familiar with guided meditation, that’s not a problem, as no prior knowledge is required. You will learn to look at your life differently and approach situations and challenges in new ways through guided meditations, group exchanges, and intensive weekly guidance.
You will find more peace in your life, learn to take care of yourself, act more from your heart, and express that in the world around you.
Your physical, emotional, and mental bodies will resonate at a different vibration, attracting different people and situations into your life. In short, your life will transform into one that better suits you!
Every other week, you will experience two live meditations, and you are expected to listen to both meditations at least once in the following week. This way, you will be able to keep up with the course more easily and experience greater depth. Additionally, by meditating regularly, you will better notice the small or subtle changes in your relationships, work, and daily life.

We offer multiple perspectives on how you can connect, experience, observe and play with the energies you will learn in this course. We offer our experience on how you could cope with it all in your daily life. And we both care about people and bringing out the best in each of you.

What can you expect?

• As mentioned earlier, no prior knowledge of guided meditation is required for this course.
• The entire course will be held Online on Sundays starting at 7pm till 9 pm. CET or 10 am - noon PT (See schedule)
• There will be 6 volumes, each consisting of 12 meditations. You can also receive the meditations as MP3/audio files to practice at home.

• Each volume has its own theme, and you will work with different energy centers each time.
  • Volume 1: Building Your Foundation of Strength
  • Volume 2: Opening Your Heart Center
  • Volume 3: Activating Your Higher Energy Centers
  • Volume 4: Aligning Your Energy Bodies
  • Volume 5: Awakening Your Light Body
  • Volume 6: Becoming Radiant
