Two new courses starting January 2025!
After my study trip to the USA for a seminar from the Orin DaBen Foundation of "100 Years of Light" last October, I returned with an abundance of new and inspiring ideas! One of these ideas was to start teaching together with Rick Reiner.

"Even as a young child I’ve wanted to understand the people and the world around me. What makes people tick? What are their motivations? How can I get more candy? For me, understanding people leads to acceptance and that’s when real growth can occur. The greatest joy for me is introducing people to how their lives can be better, how they can understand their path, and how they can find the aliveness within. There is much potential within each of us. There really is no limit to how much love and light we can be and have in our lives.
I started the Lightbody meditations in 1990 and it has been the cornerstone of my life ever since. It has given me tools to make changes in my life, to find inner stillness, and to discover deeper aspects of my being. My approach to life is to observe, accept, and allow the higher flows. Channeling for myself and others is very enjoyable and heartfelt. I have a bachelors of science degree in mechanical engineering and am a licensed massage therapist."

By broadening your perspective, you gain more understanding of yourself and others. It’s important for me to do this in a creative way, as that allows for genuine connection. Meditation helps me with this. I started the Lightbody meditations in 1994 and since 1996, alongside secondary school as a Dutch and French teacher, I started teaching meditation classes as wel."
