After my study trip to the USA in October 2024, where I attended the "100 Years of Light" seminar by the Orin DaBen Foundation, I returned full of new and inspiring ideas!
One of these ideas was to start teaching together with Rick Reiner.
We have enjoyed teaching together until the summer of 2025. It has brought me a lot of joy, and the mix of cultures has made my teaching even richer. Thanks to our students and the different courses we offered, it has been a very special time.
Now, it is time for each of us to continue on our own.

"People, relationships, communication, and language have fascinated me my whole life. As a child, I could spend hours observing people and marveling at everything that occupied their minds. As a teacher, I want to make others aware of their own power, their own wisdom.
By broadening your perspective, you gain more understanding of yourself and others. It’s important for me to do this in a creative way, as that allows for genuine connection. Meditation helps me with this. I started the Lightbody meditations in 1994 and since 1996, alongside secondary school as a Dutch and French teacher, I started teaching meditation classes as wel."
