General information about the online meditations
Why online?
Because since the lockdown (which was a few years ago now), we have discovered that it is so much easier to meet online, I have decided to offer all meditation sessions online. You no longer have to travel. You only need a phone, tablet, or computer with a good internet connection and a quiet spot in your home where you won’t be disturbed. And... you can join from any time zone!
